Since all our products are handmade, there may be slight differences in the dimensions of similar items, e.g. in sets. This is normal and does not constitute grounds for complaint. Also, small errors, usually invisible, resulting from the handmade nature, are not grounds for complaint. Nevertheless, if the goods are undamaged and unused, you have the right to return them within 14 days of making the purchase without giving any reason. However, custom-made products are non-refundable unless they contain significant errors and are not made strictly to the specifications ordered.
Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that personal hygiene products are sensitive, and your well-being matters. To ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers, we have the following refund policy in place:
- Unopened and Unused Products: Due to hygiene considerations, we can only accept returns for personal hygiene products that are unopened and unused. Please ensure the product packaging remains intact.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned, unopened, and unused product and it passes our quality inspection, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
